PAUL GREENBERG
FOUNDER AND NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, NORA NETWORK

Paul is the Founder and Non-Executive Director of the NORA Network. He is also a Non-Executive Director of the National Retail Association of Australia. In these roles, Paul is a passionate advocate of both established physical retail and online retail, and the natural convergence of the two. Prior to his work in retail associations, Paul has had an established retail career going back over three decades. He is currently on the Australia Post Stakeholder Council, and holds Advisory Board roles of a few retail tech businesses. Most recently, he's taken on the role of Vice Chair of FIRA (Federation of International Retail Associations). Paul is a registered psychologist in Australia, with a keen interest in organizational and consumer psychology.

DOMINIQUE LAMB
CEO, NATIONAL RETAIL ASSOCIATION

Dominique is the CEO of the National Retail Association and Director of NRA Legal, providing industrial relations and employment law advice to a range of small, medium and large businesses across a range of industries. As the CEO of the National Retail Association, Dominique plays an integral role by liaising and advocating on behalf of retailers at a Federal and State Government level on all areas of policy which affect retail businesses both large and small. 

GABBY LEIBOVICH
CO-FOUNDER, CATCH GROUP

Gabby is the Co-Founder of Australasia's no.1 ecommerce group, The Catch Group. After building catch.com.au from his garage in 2006, Catch was fully acquired by Wesfarmers in Aug 2019 and now forms part of Kmart and Target. Gabby previously co-founded online food delivery service Eatnow.com.au - which merged with Menulog in early 2015, and sold to The JustEat group for $855m, and he also co-founded Scoopon.com.au, since merged with the Lux Group. Gabby is also been a keen investor in tech businesses and startups such as Luxury Escapes, Catapult, Zip, Tribe, Hipages, Fiverr, Ratemyagent, Payk, Flippa, to name a few.

DAVID RUMBENS
PARTNER, DELOITTE

David is a macroeconomist and regular commentator on the Australian economy. He leads Deloitte Access Economics’ macroeconomics and forecasting group, and has over two decades of experience with Australia’s pre‑eminent economic consulting firm. David is the author of the quarterly publication, Retail Forecasts, which provides a detailed analysis of the drivers of retail spending and trends likely to emerge. David also has considerable experience in analysing trends in consumer spending for many retail and property clients.
